<< Season 1913-14 >>

Note The games between Reading and Brighton on Christmas Day and Boxing Day 1913 are problematical. All accounts agree that Reading won both games: DRFC has Reading winning 2-0 away and 2-1 at home; HOE has 3-1 away and 2-1 at home; The Official Centenary History of the Southern League has 2-1 away and 2-0 at home. I believe that the first option is correct, with Brown and Foster scoring at Brighton, and Burton and Morris at Reading.
