Cambridge United >>

I have a bit of a soft spot for Cambridge since I went to see them a few times when I was living in the city in 1983-84. This was the season when they set a then record of 31 league games without a win. It's quite fun supporting a crap team if you don't really care. However I did celebrate when the run eventually ended as the U's beat a classy Newcastle side, including Kevin Keegan, Peter Beardsley and Chris Waddle, 1-0. I was also at the game when this record was beaten, as Reading thrashed Derby on the last day of the 2007-08 season.
